loved the stay!

cute staff ideal location

the front desk staff were very cute. they quickly apologized for a minor oversight during check-in. the room included a bathtub as requested, and the layout considered every detail a traveler will need. the location is ideal for accessing arts, museums, history, and business areas.

i noticed some noise from the hallway because the entry door was not fitted properly. this let in light and sound. addressing this would improve the stay.

a solid stay close to everything

great location clean room convenient hydration

the location worked well , placing me near key attractions. my standard king room was super clean and cozy. the hydration stations on each floor with both still and sparkling water were a nice touch were good.

the room lacked sufficient soundproofing , allowing noise from the hallway to be quite noticeable.

call your mother bagel shop is conveniently connected , providing easy access to breakfast and snacks. mercy me restaurant offers a menu and there is a fifteen-dollar nightly credit, but it cannot accumulate.

The hotel had a very convenient location, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I found the fitness center to be well equipped, with multiple machines and free weights. The complimentary water stations located on each floor, were a good touch. Providing both flat and sparkling options. The valet team was efficient and quick.

clean room spacious room missing outlet nightstand plug

My room was very clean and quite spacious. The hairdryer was a nice amenity (it came in handy!).

The desk area lacked accessible outlets. I had to sit on the bed to work, using the plug by the nightstand.
